1. Dissolve the yeast in a little bit of warm water with a touch of sugar, this will reactivate it. After a few minutes, you will see it swell.
2. Mix salt and buckwheat flour, add baker's yeast, baking powder, 45 cl water, mix.
3. Continue to add water until you get this consistency. No need to knead, just mix well.
4. Line molds with baking paper, then pour the dough into the molds. Let it stand at a temperature of around 25°C for two hours.
5. Heat your oven to 230°C, then bake your future bread for 45 minutes.
6. Take the bread out of the oven, let it cool down.
